Just quickly want to know if you could tell me what these weights are for?

points chevy/pontiac?

Well in basic terms your first picture is from a HEI.
The 486 center plate will give 22 degrees of advance when used with a 139 weight.

Picture "1" looks like a factory center piece (stamped with numbers) next to aftermarket weights and center piece.
