1972 GTO Ram Air set up
On a 72 GTO dual snorkel ram air,. there is an air inlet thermal sensor mounted on base of air cleaner.
It has 2 ports. Question:: Does one of those ports go to the air cleaner diaphragms and the other connect to the intake manifold vacuum supply fitting? However, the vacuum fitting is located in front of the carb on intake but the thermal sensor mounts towards back of air cleaner. Is so, where do you route the vacuum rubber hose? Thanks to all responses |

iirc this has been discussed a couple times in the 70-73 Firebird sub forum;
HERE is one good link.

/\ oh yeah!!
I believe partway down the page linked it was mentioned that the aircleaner was hooked up wrong, and that the diaphragms needed to be chained together,
