Default Spark Pug Recommendations

What brand of spark plugs do you recommend?

Also, I have a newly rebuilt WT engine with 48 heads and an HO (068) cam. I'm not sure what the differences are between ram air plugs and a non-ram air plugs, but it sounds like I should go with ram air plugs.

Factory recommended AC R44S for all GTO 4 barrel engines. Don't think 44's are made anymore. Next colder plug would be AC R43s

Colder plugs reduce ping sometimes.

For daily driving i would use ACDelco R45S.
For strip use or highway speeds only i might consider R43S.

I had a worn engine that would foul R43S plugs. No fouling with R45S. Did have some pinging with R45S when I got on it.
