That is gorgeous, even without the rear spoiler! LOL

wow, would love to know what it ends up selling for. Lucerne Blue 455HO 4 speeds restored to #1 condition are about as rare as a Formula gets so not much in the way of similar, recent sales to go by

Bird72 GoFundMe is proud to announce there is no maximum on donations. The joy of knowing someone who owns it will be immense.

I owned this at one point in its life. I am Glad Gregg got it and got it restored.
Steve Schappaugh did the work when it was in Nebraska at Musclecar memories and Blue paint was flying on to many early birds at nearly the same time. "Adrian" can be seen in some photos with this car. Hope it goes to a great caretaker.

My hat.....is off...to the owner/restorer for NOT adding a rear spoiler and Formula wheel.... The wood grain in the spokes matches the gauge bezel...and looks great...

Price seems a bit optimistic...but IMHO.....this is way cooler...than an SD Formula....and prolly FASTER.....being lighter.....and not saddled with emission control junk...

Default Exhaust Gaskets

I have a leak on my driver’s side exhaust(I can feel it). I’m going to try replacing gaskets. I was thinking about copper but have found two different sizes. I’m guessing I should go with 1.900 diameter, but wanted to check.

Any advice?

I used Felpro #1436 gaskets on mine, fixed a pretty decent gap in the center ports and they go in pretty easily with just loosening the bolts.

REMFLEX EXHAUST GASKETS Graphite Pontiac V8 Header Gasket 2 pc P/N 12-002 see link below

https://www.ebay.com/itm/REMFLEX-EXH...EAAOSwCH9eHBEd

They cost a little bit more, around 35-36 bucks, but they seal great. Put them on stock round port manifolds 4 years ago and haven't had any trouble yet. I have A/C so the passenger side is a bit trickier and also had to notch the gasket to clear the dipstick tube. If you have headers it's easier. If you try these, remember...They are graphite impregnated, so the coating is brittle, be careful not to bend them too much, or they will crack ruining the gasket. They do flex but are unforgiving if you bend them too far. good luck
