Before I order new wanted to see if anyone had a 4500 flange Victor Intake they'd like to get rid of.

If you have a buddy with a mill or a lot of time with a grinder you can convert a 4150. Get some aluminum 5/16 bolts for the studs saw off flush then redrill and tap for the 4500. Mill or ue the die grinder to open up for the larger bore of the 4500.
