Default Front License Plate Brackets

I have three different front license plate brackets.
One:

Two:

Three:

I am pretty sure #one is a correct 70 bracket, since it does not have the side slots for the plate.
What year did the side slots appear like in pic #two?
And bracket #three, with the additional rectangle tabs, what year is this off?

Or are these just different parts from difference suppliers that GM used? Are these all correct for 70-73 Firebirds?

All are upside down.
I have pulled your #2 off a 1970 Firebird ( June car)
#2 is correct for 71 and 72 and '73 from my own experience.
#3 is a OTC later part we used to stock as our state was a front plate state.
Not all birds were shipped with these installed. Some were shipped in the trunk.

Thanks Bruce. Yes they are upside down.
I found a post on PY that states the early cars did not have the side slots.

My 9/70 Norwood built '71 Trans Am has the top bracket without the side slots. I remember my old '73 Trans Am having the side slots but I don't recall if ever having the second set of license plate bolts like in the picture of the last bracket.
