Let's see...
CMG 066 2 G...CM(3.42:1 Posi-traction)G(Chevrolet Gear & Axle) 066 2(date code, 66th day of '72) G(Chevrolet Gear & Axle)
7043265 JH 0603...704365('73 4-speed carb) JH(bin identification. Workers buiding the car, using the build sheet, found it easier to look for a two letter code than a seven digit code) 0603(date code, 60th day of '73)
P3C08B...P(Muncie) 3(year, '73) C(month, March) 08(day) B(close-ratio)
(569387 ZZ...(569387(it is actually a parenthesis that starts the Motor Unit Number) ZZ(455 w/4-speed)
Head numbers...try to reread right side, left looks close A183(date code, January 18, '73)
Rally II rims...could be original, M5 3(year, '73) HM(code, 15x7 Rally II on A-, G-,and F-body) missing is the two sets of numbers on both sides of valve stem to date code even better
Next part you're missing info
ST 73 S87...ST(style) 73(year, '73) missing (2F)S87(Firebird 2DR H/Top Coupe) missing...N(plant manufacture) 123456(sequencial body number, NOT part of your VIN) BDY(body number)
TR 236 A51 75 75 PNT...TR(trim number) 236(standard interior, black) A51(strato bucket seats) 75 75(paint code, Buccaneer Red upper and lower) PNT(paint code)
03D WS4...03D(date code of body, 4th week (D) of March (03)) WS4(Trans Am)
050187...Fisher Body coding of some sort

Good job Held!

I wonder if the 1253 should be I253?
But that would be a stretch for the date codes for each head. Jan to Oct?

1112191 is the distributor for the ZZ engine and XE engine (found in G-, A- (excluding station wagons) and F-body 455/automatic). It too should have a date code next to the number like 3A20 (last digit of the year, letter designation for the month and two digits for the day).
I believe the CM code was used for many years of the F-body cars.
Mistakes I typed above...
carburetor number should say 7043265
N(plant manufacture) should say N(plant manufacturer, Norwood, OH)

UPDATE:
after examining my TA's rearend I've come to realize that the second set of numbers (CM G 066 2 G) is maybe a shift designation. Dating rearend can be done by looking where I've pictured below.

Did your rearend casting have another digit?
The date coding of the rim is shown below, looking on both sides of valve stem for numbers...2(Feb) 26.
You have dated your alternator correctly.
The 'A' in TRA (second line of trim tag) is throwing me as I've never seen it.
The head number is off, but the car might have had a problem early on and was fixed by a dealership.
All other numbers seem to indicate a numbers matching TA.
