I don't have a Judge. But I do have a Ram Air 3 car. What do you do to make sure you don't get water in your upper pan when you wash the car.

Also is the foam seal glued to the upper pan and the lower pan?

I haven't washed my judge yet, or installed
the ram air flapper doors in the hood, but
I would think that if you shut the flapper
doors you would be o.k. unless you sprayed
water directly at the scoop openings.
