It is a 2002 Carl Black / Year One 35th Anniv. Edition built by GMMG in Marietta GA There were 2 prototypes and only 12 cars modified. My car was the first built so it is # 1 of the 12 There is an article in GM High Performance magazine about them. I'll see if I can find the link and post it
