Ran it down the road 3 weeks ago several times...everything seems to be functioning at some sort of level. Moving onto stripping the fenders etc, think I found a paint guy today! Yeah! Put in aftermarket seats, dash is complete along with steering wheel...its going to be a mad race to the finish!!! Oh yeah got pics on the site of all of it...

Guess what? It went to the painter last night. He's going to paint it, install all the trim, windows etc. Basically I'll have the interior to do and put some tires on it. YEAH YEAH YEAH!

Got some nice pics of it on the dyno with the rims & tires. Still working to get it road worthy and inspectable... Pulled real hard on the dyno but he only took it to about 5100 rpm. With that it shows the torque coming in ~1500 at 365 and staying flat all the way. HP goes to 335 er something like that. This was on a Mustang Dynometer. With drag and weight factored in. He said the rings are seated yet but that I was producing about ~450 tq at the flywheel. This would all be more as I got a few more miles on it. I ran it down the road the other day and man was it a fun ride. Took it up to 5500 and it was pulling hard all the way! Those Nitto's stuck pretty good as well. Neways I gotta go to bed so I can work on her some more tomm. Must get it as far as possible since I got this time off! 18rs

Chris

Well since the dyno meter run shortly thereafter it started ticking. I tried and tried to make it go away. Ended up pulling the intake and saw the worn lobe on the cam. Have now pulled the motor and plan ongoing with a roller cam, more lift more duration. Anyways if your ever down read this and know someone else has been there before... :{
