Default 1970 Trans Am Ram Air lll

Alright Guys, I'm curious on what this car is worth. I bought it today just to take a chance on. Here's what I have got:

1970 Trans Am Ram Air lll
Numbers Matching motor, Transmission, and Rear End. The car runs and drives great, it is in grey primer. It has sat inside a body shop for the past 25 years until about a month ago, at that point it was pulled out, tuned up and fired up. The car is complete and everything is there. Only thing that's not on the car is the original wheels. Carb, alternator, distributor, intake, manifolds, its all there and all correct. The car doesn't need any body panels except one floor pan and a very small spot patched in the trunk. Interior is complete, but does need to be redone. It is a four speed car with 3:55 rear 12 bolt. Original white car with blue interior. Only has 45k actual miles too.

What's this car worth guys??

About <10> 70's have gone thru Mecum since Jan 2010. Check the details on those cars and what they sold for to get an idea of value.

I would be interested in it if you are going to sell it if the price is right. I would say somewhere in the low teens considering condition of mechanics and interior. Has bodywork been completed or just stripped and primed? I would love to see pics.

I think I'm gonna hang on to it for a while, it's just a cool ol' car being as original as it is. I'll try to post a couple pictures later today.

Finished, that car is worth some coin. With paint and an interior, I'd guess somewhere in the 20's.

That one looks like a winner -- appears to have almost all of its original bits. In a quick scan, the only stuff evidently missing is the rear alternator bracket and the JW wheels.

That's the sort of car you want to start a restoration with...

Jeesh thats a tight lookin III. I wouldnt be surprised if a 45k car lookin like that didnt top 20 on eBay w/o turnin a wrench or draggin a rag. Not meanin to cockblock anyone here since he said he's not sellin, and I could be off.

I guess the color loss on the dash and pass door panel is attempted repair?

very nice!!!!!! there are a few differences in the 70-71 which make me lean toward the 71's, but if i was to order a new 70 yours would be it. white/blue 4 speed 12 bolt, a real drivers car.
i had a 71 just like that and sold it, now i have another close, but mine has air, tilt power, wish it was more stripped like yours.

Post a price if you want to sell it here or post it on ebay if you want to take offers.

Is the Blue one on ebay similar to car in value? I would think the 4 speed with nice interior is a plus. But Blue on Black would be good too...

Comparisons have to be made here to get a value. Or just say what you want....
