Default Bullet Mirrors

How rare are dual remote Bullet Mirrors? I gather the RH side control fits in the dash?
I bought a set on ebay, and want to fit them into the T-41 Lemans Wagon.

I've never seen a remote passenger side on a 71/72.

Ditto that. If it was a factory option...I bet it is rare.

Must be a 1 of 1 or would that be a 1 of 2?

I'm not thinking for a minute that that this would ever have been an option. But I think it will be fun to install anyway. No one here will complain.

I think the 73-up GP and Big cars could get the optional dash mount remotes.
And later models of Cutlass and others.
They have a real long cable assembly

Just hoping whatever you bought will mount on the door well enough for you to use them. Not saying they won't. idunno is all

If the left hand one fits, then the right hand one should. I have a blank RH somewhere, I can dummy mount that and see how it goes.

Be aware that the firebird mirrors are different then the A & G body ones because of the angle, same thing with the big cars , there angled just a little different.

I have a bullet remote mirror for the passenger side. I got it off another car at a junk yard many years ago. I don't recall the year or make. I've always wanted to install it on my 72, but I wasn't quite sure where to put the controller.
