Default Newbie from Michigan

Hello forum members, just joined and Thank you for letting me join, as mentioned I’m in Michigan, just recently purchased a 1973 Pontiac GTO from a former member of this forum. I believe he got overwhelmed with the condition of the car and I must say I’m a little concerned as well. I owned a 73 GTO back before I got my license, I bought it from my brother before he was called to duty over seas in one of our Nations Military conflicts, but soon lost it due to a Step parent having it towed snd never seen again. So, I happen to see this one and made a hasty trade. The car was missing inner fenders which I just purchased a nice pair from California, I’m just buying a few parts at a time at this point and have a long road ahead of me. I’m not looking to build a show room / Barrert Jackson car, just one that I can enjoy a few local car shows and a cruise with my family. I come from a family that loved the GTOs. My brother has a 70 Rag top. I look forward to be. Part of this forum and I’m hoping help from the members here as well. Thank u

Hello to all the members and fellow Michiganders replies !! I’m located in near Owosso, Mi. I’m looking forward to warmer temps so I can get cracking into this GTO !! I have lots of projects going on, restoring a 1983 Honda Shadow VT750, I was into buying cheap motorcycles and restoring them but lately that market has dried up due to others doing the same, so I went back to my other hobby- Lifted Trucks and sand dunes, then until I found this ‘73 GTO.

Welcome aboard Cafr119 and TAKerry. Life as you knew it will never be the same again.

How to post photos with the Imgur.com website I use will be up in the Lobby in a bit.
PhotoBucket no longer works if you only have a free account to store your photos.
Enjoy guys.
