Default 68 Firebird wood shift knob info

My 68 Firebird has the wood shift knob on the build sheet. 4 Speed. Anybody have a pic of this? Same as 69?

John, believe it or not I'm sure it took the same knob as a gto with the Crest. I know it sounds crazy but I had a firebird and a 68 grand prix back 39yrs ago and both cars had the gto knob which threw me but back then there was no repros.
The 69 knob will cause less arguments but I dont believe its correct.

Don, that's what I was thinking too. Seems very odd though.

All this time I didn't think GM used 4 speed shift knobs for 68 model year.

I’ll look them up in my 69 MPC tomorrow.
