Distributor 1103271
Hi guys Im going to sell a distributor #1103271 with a date of 6G23 It is in great clean shape with all uncut wiring, came off a motor thats been in storage since the 70's.
So I can describe it accurately what is it from? A search here indicated its a hei dist from a 77 w72 400 ta? I just dont know enough about these later parts to be sure. Just want to confirm it with you guys. Thanks |

yes, sounds like an early w72 by the date code. Mine is built later with 7F17.
Is there a paint daub on the milled body? |

SOunds like a good deal for someone. The W72 units have the best advance curve of the 1970s Pontiac distributors. A little work and they're perfect for hot rodding. I just add a light weight advance kit to one and it comes alive. Currently restoring my W72 engine.
