Does anyone know where to find the vacuum diagram for the air conditioning on a 1968 GTO? I have the factory service manual and it is not in there. Not in the Fisher Body manual either. Is there another book of some kind? Please help.

I have the 68 Vacuum line harness and vacuum rotate-switch for sale in the PERF Parts for Sale..I forget if ti's $10 or $12...

I can include the hook-up diagram tagged onto each line.

Otherwise, too dicey difficult to explain per color code.

Thanks for the replies. I have page 1A-40 in the manual. I was hoping for a diagram like the one in my '77GMC shop manual with a diagram like wiring with color codes for the hoses and showing all the vacuum controls, the vacuum switch and what each switch position makes happen. The pic on 1A-40 does not show a vacuum operated hot water valve. The resto book and the parts book do. I presume it is missing. There is only an empty hole in the grommet with the blower wiring wiring telling me there should be a hose? The pic on 1A-40 does not show where the vac hoses go on the front of the air box or where the hose passing through the grommet goes. It does not indicate which hose is the vac supply hose. I found a tee fitting missing one hose at the headlight switch and the vac headlight door diagram shows the hose going to the AC controls but ends there. This car does not follow the headlight door diagram which isolates the AC vac supply from the vac reservoir with a check valve so it would only be connected to manifold vac. When I find vac supply port, I think I will leave it teed to the headlight switch unless there is leak in the headlight doors that prevents proper operation of the AC controls. Your input is appreciated. Thanks for the offer of the vac switch and harness. I don't know if I need it yet.
