Should I remove the original a/c out of my 67 gto?
I am upgrading to a 455 w/6x motor and am wondering if it would just be easier to remove the compressor and not deal with it. Thanks.

Leave it in.

If needed, Any garage can convert it to modern coolant for about $260.

Does it work? If not how bad is it? If it does do you use it? Mine has been out for a year while I tinker with the motor. After that I will probably put it back in, but then I will have to deal with some wiring and fan issues inside. At this point its in the way and down on the list of priorities.

I'll take it if you don't want it.
