Rob, I'm not sure about the color ID.
I know mine (white colored) came from GM, I bought them at the local Pontiac dealer & they still have the tags attached to most of them.

The ones I have fit the OEM valance just fine. But, of course, the NOS valance needs work. And RH filler is PN 478365.
