Default identify steering wheel

can anyone identify what year/model/std or deluxe this steering wheel is from? the dash appears to be 64 or 65 tempest. the wheel has plastic molding at 4 & 8 o'clock vs the metal chrome clips of a deluxe wheel.

Default Tempest wheel

Jeff, thanks for the response. On that wheel, are the 2 sections at 4&8 o'clock molded plastic painted silver or metal/chrome clips? They look painted.

IIRC OE was plastic chrome like the armrest bases and such.
I don't remember those bands being metal and or a separate piece.
