Default Keep original center link and inner tie rods?

Now that I have the front suspension apart, should I clean up the original center link and inner tie rods, or replace with aftermarket parts. The joints seem tight to me. How can you tell if they need replacement? The Moog replacements look different. I haven't seen the AP units that Ames carries.

Any suggestions?
