Sorry...
didn't see it come through. This guy seems to be jacking me around as he didn't return my calls last weekend as I was preparing to go look at a couple of contenders. Upset me to the point that he is now on his own. I do apologize to any and all responders here for wasting your time. I know this guy has the cash but I have somewhat of a reputation for being up front and honest which stems from treating folks with respect as I insist they do me. This behavior reflects poorly on me and I will not tolerate it from anyone. Too much at stake in my opinion. A man is only as good as his word...no matter how much money he has.
