Default 87 GTA w/1800 Original Miles - What's It Worth?

Came across a gorgeous 1987 GTA, burgundy color w/1800 1 owner miles, original tires, etc. What are these worth? Rare? I have no idea.

We've got an 1985 IROC tunned port car, step-father was the original owner, with less than 500 original miles, red w/ red interior. Had it on the market a couple of years ago for 25k. Absolutely no interest.

Sadly these cars go begging for a buyer WITH CASH!
Its a sub 20k car as it sits.
But the value of these 3rd gens are getting stronger every year!
