Probably my favorite of Pontiac's 1967 color combos. Your GP looks fantastic!

Thanks for the nice comments!

The color is actually a Dodge Journey factory color, "Fathom Blue Pearl"

Default Steering Wheel

I always thought the factory "wood" grain trim looked like mud, so I found a vinyl wood grain material I liked better and used that. The steering wheel is a factory wood grain sport wheel repop. I found the steering wheel cover in an Autozone store that was reasonably close to my substituted vinyl wood grain trim; plus has a better, thicker grip.

Did anyone see the Hurst Dual Gate Shifter retrofit?

Default Changes to car

After some questions I would like to answer what I have changed on this car.

1. KYB Gas-a-just shocks
2. 1-1/8" front sway bar
3. 15" Rally II wheels from a 1970 station wagon
4. Custom exhaust with Walker Dynomax mufflers and H-pipe
5. Hurst "His 'n Hers" shifter from a 67 GTO (a real PAIN to fit into the Grand Prix factory console)
6. Vacuum Gauge from a 66 GP
7. 1968 hood tach reproduction (better looking than the 1967 style)
8. Sport Steering wheel reproduction
9. Different "burl" woodgrain trim
10. Off White vinyl top (original was black)
11. Dodge "Fathom Blue Pearl" paint (original was Mariner Blue)
13. Factory rally gauges instrument cluster
14. Factory Power Vacuum Door Locks
15. Factory Power Trunk Release (solenoid)
16. Sequential turn signal tail lights

Everything else on the car is original or original replacement parts.

Note: When stripping this car to bare metal, 8 different colors of paint came off with everything else, including a root beer brown and a light baby blue. The total material removed was about 180 lbs. Minor rust and damage underneath.
Project time was about 4 years $$$$.

Gorgeous car and very well done.

Especially the sequential turn signals.
They will blow some minds. Most that don't know ask if they came standard in 66. I just laugh and say.... no. Your's will show up just fine. I have to blackout my rear tail panel so mine will show up better. I bought a can of spray on Custom Wrap in matt black from Pep Boys. It will even peel off if I need to get rid of it. Better than paint. LOL

BTW, where did you get the sequential units from?
