Default Judge - Chickens on Hood - Barn Find

Anybody see this car on eBay before the seller ended the auction? My question is: does it help or hurt the sale to have chickens on the hood? I guess it helps the "barn find" status, but I would prefer a hood that doesn't have have chicken scratches on it.

That one was discussed once before iirc. Contact number for seller is in the listing.

Oshawa built Judge within 25 days of my Judge; under 2400 units earlier but 78000 engine unit numbers apart.

One step further; seems to suggest 95 +/- cars off the Oshawa line a day; 3100 +/-engines a day if numbered sequentially; would that be GM wide?

No Data Plate pic shown; the RPO code WT1 is on the Canadian version of the build sheet though.

My take on the other RPO codes shown (some not legible) based on Canadian PHS (not all terms consistent with PHS) are as follows:

256 Green Interior
594 Special Order Charge or Export Preparation?
276 Julian Date - October 03 1969?

Axle XK, Engine WS, Transmission DL (M21)

C08 Vinyl Covering For Auxiliary Hardtop
D33 Outside Rear View Mirror - LH - Remote Control
D55 Front Compartment Floor Console
D80 Auxiliary Panel & Valance (Spoiler) Rear
F40 Heavy Duty Front and Rear Suspension
G83 Special Order, Posi Traction
GU8 Rear Axle – 3.90 Ratio
JL2 Brakes: Disc - Front - Single Piston Caliper
J50 Brakes: Vacuum Power
L74 Engine Ram Air III V8
N41 Steering, Power, Variable Ratio
N98 Wheel: Rally II Road
P29 Tire: G70x14 B/Wall Fiberglass Belted
T42 Hood Inlet Ram Air
U25 Lamp, Interior, RR Compartment, Courtesy
U63 Radio: Am Pushbutton
U76 Windshield Antenna
U80 Speaker-Rear Seat
WT1 Judge
W84 Additional Fuel for Delivery
Y96 Handling Package
Z49 Mandatory Canadian Base Equipment Modifications

(Interesting F40 and Y96)

Second page of the PHS could fill in some blanks and would list the WT1 RPO, I expect.

Not certain on the chrome as I have seen many a 70 Judge with the chrome in the valance and several without.

Pulled from the ebay listing Brew.

White spoiler on a Pepper Green car back in the day. Their take on a reverse WT7

Splitters gone, mud flaps, hood pins & side pipes added; possibly a hitch and CAA member too.

Chickens on a towel on the hood so no chicken scratches. Cool that another Judge shows up with side pipes.

Seller makes mention it may be the only known White Vinyl Top 70 Judge.
He might be right.
I can't recall another one with White Vinyl Top from memory.

Do know of a couple with 2-Tone painted White roof though.

Good eye but if you reflect back at the first picture I think it tells all. Appears most of the top had been removed before picture was taken. Maybe to review rust concerns??

Thought about that too with the 1970's pic but it seems to be the angle.

Agree with Brew that the vinyl was being removed. A couple of enhanced pics are attached. One of the driver side rear seems to show the roof painted white under the vinyl top; see seam where the quarter meets to roof.

Painted side mirrors and parking lamp fillers also.

That picture is why I asked,it looked like a half top to me. There was a 66/67 Chevelle that ran around here in the 80’s that had a 1/2 top on it.

I'm no body man, but I think what's going on here between the right inner front wheel well and the outer fender wheel well is a layer of fiberglass ( I only say that because of the tan coloration in there) that has been mated and feathered to the outer wheel well with bondo? Or maybe I'm just looking at an optical illusion...

Contact number for the seller is in the listing. I didn't call to enquire why it was ended though.
