Ill be going to texas next weekend to have Jim Robertson dyno my 541,what ya thinkin.

Bore 4.375
Stroke 4.5
Rod length 6.565
Comp 11.1
Cam.750\.750 276/280 @ 50 114
Intake is a BOP ported by Jim Robertson
Heads are Kauffman HPs ported by Jim Robertson 2.25\1.75
Flow numbers are from a 4.21 fixture
.300 215 165
.400 280 197
.500 332 221
.600 381 242
.700 403 255
.800 409 270
Carb will be a 1250 hp unless i find something bigger.Headers will be 2.125\2.25\4.0 Hope it comes back in one piece.

I think the biggest down fall of the combo is the cam probably isnt ideal but i didnt want to change it till after we dyno it because i know what it made befor and i didnt want any variables besides Jims work.

890.You have a little less cam than me,but a little more compression and probably a better intake.He said I would make 880 or more.So I'll give you a little more.

Greg is this pump gas 93 capable? I think there maybe 891 hp with those nice pipes

My dad has about the same motor,but with more compression and more cam and he made 880 on a conservative dyno.He has 400 cfm Super Chiefs and a Tiger intake.

So I would say somewhere around 840 HP.

Ha Adam its for the ventura if it ever gets that far.Dyno numbers should be good enough once i hit it with a 42 jet at the track.Greg

I'll say 889.5 hp of course.. "we all know flow # don't matter or dyno's" , we just have to get it in a car and go down the track.. Good luck though!

Using my new Engine Jr program, it says 932 HP @ 7200 rpm, 762 ft/lbs @5750

My HP from Headflow calc is: Head Flow of 408 is 838.85 HP at a RPM of 7,932

Pipe Max estimates 895 to 913 HP.
Says cam is too small, though.
