I think that the vast majority of members here would prefer to have a period correct look, even if that means that the car doesn't handle as well as it could - if optimized with newer wheel/tire combinations, and appropriately matched suspension changes.

I have seen many GP's of this vintage with newer wheel/tire sizes, and frankly, I prefer the look of a nice 14" or 15" wheel/tire combo.

Maybe if I'm really lucky, one day I will have in my garage a nice 69-72 GP, I have always had a sweet spot for them
(I like the 73-75 GP's too, but the quad headlamps of the 76-77 doesn't really do it for me... I also really like the 78-80, but lean towards the more simplistic, yet curvaceous styling of same year Monte Carlo's.)
