Default 68 GTO 400 4 Speed NOM Survivor w/38,000 miles
I have a 68 GTO that was a local 1 owner car, it is April Gold with a black vinal roof and black bucket seat interior. PICTURES SOON
The car runs perfect and drives like you would expect with the mileage-excellent.
Visible factory options include hideaway headlights, deluxe wheel covers, console, power steering, safe-t-track and vinal roof.
Owner added aftermarket a/c and eight track under the dash, factory am radio is intact.
The car has some original paint left but is weathered all over and needs painted. Interior is very good with no cracks in original dash or seat tears. Has original four-speed hurst shifter with black ball handle.
The engine has the original 63 carb with fast idle solenoid intact, hoses were changed in the 80's.
The car was zeibarted when new and then reoiled at every oil change after, the engine bay and underside are a mess of oil and undercoat .Some was removed to show the body and frame in excellent condition, it was not done after to hide issues, the body has minimal rust. This treatment truely preserved the car.

Thats a fun memory and period correct for the thread! This is a nice little town south of Pittsburgh,

What were you driving in 69? I am guessing it was on rt51?
