Default Seeking advise on web host for small web site.

Hi folks,
I'm asking for some wisdom regarding web hosting.
Years ago, I created my own website highlighting my GTO restoration as well as some other automotive and "hobby" type things. The website creation was also sort of a hobby in itself.
The main theme and point of the website is to convey that folks can do alot of restoration stuff by themselves....a DIY type thing.
My website needs hosting of course, and the cost has been creeping up every year. It just got increased to 14 dollars a month. Sure, it's not that much, but I'd rather not have this bill.
I can either try out some ads (google adsense), which I don't want to do, or find a cheaper web hoster. I see there are some providers that have cheaper plans, but I don't know all the technical jargon so I'm just fishing here for any illuminating advice.
I don't do ecommerce, so I don't need multiple nines of reliability. I get about 200 visits a day, so bandwidth is not an issue.
Any tips or experience appreciated!

Love your site been there many times.

Your site looks to be all hardcoded html with no db so it's not very resource intensive. I usehttps://www.ethernetservers.com for a few sites. The basic "Silver" package should be all you need @ $3 a month.

I use these guys usually.

Has more bells and whistles than I know how to use.
