Damn, Dude! I never visit the Lobby, so I had no idea of what's going on until you popped up back in here. Just finished reading all the posts.
Really sorry to hear about your health issues. I can't offer much advice unless you decide to come to Houston for treatment; then I can definitely point you in the right direction. My wife is an 18 year survivor, so hang in there and keep your spirits up.
Sounds like Gary is a great help to you, glad you have someone like that close by.
I'll be up in Fort Smith in the next couple of weeks - if there's anything I can do for you, or you're up for a visit, just let me know.
You'll be in my prayers.
Eric

The garage fridge is a must. I keep about 60 Bud Lights in mine.

Met the Oncologist today; PET and CEA in two weeks, results on my Bday 6/29.

I will know what is going on inside of me at that point; update to follow.

FYI, if I have very good news such as I have many years left and or little nasty business left with the doctors. I will be bent on getting that 68.

Steve:
I'm involved in Christian CEO roundtable group called C12 that meets once a month. We were discussing friends with Cancer today and there followed a discussion on a couple of new drugs that Bristol-Myers Squibb has developed that appear to be working really well. You might want to check on this with your Oncologist. They are called Yervoy and Vemurafenib. A couple of guys had friends diagnosed with Stage 4 who had responded well to this. Just wanted you to know about this and also that we prayed for you today. Hang tough!

Very cool BJ!

Steve, I tried calling the man twice today, must not have had his phone nearby. The 68 is on this list of items to talk about.

Yes they called me Stage 4, too bad that wasn't an unknown factory GS.

I can certianly mention those drug names; but I'm still hold out on the test results before I take my mind in any other direction.

I wish it was too Steve! Glad you're keeping a good attitude and sense of humor. That will help you a lot.

Damn Jeff, you & I think alike! I asked him that question this morning - said he was mowing with the lights on well past dark & didn't see a one!

Steve, our men's group meets at the bar (goatless is a member), we're praying for ya too! Like I said - Smile & make sure you get better!

yea it was really weird, usually there are rattlers under at least one in ten cars, but i didnt see a single one, however one of the guys did remind me today that when we first started he saw one slithering across one of my roads. i would imagine that all the vibrations from the loaders and the crusher probably caused them to take off. rattlers are really tempermental things and they hate human presence. continual human activity will cause them to relocate quickly.

Plenty of critters; we saw many tracks and one we had no clue what it was. I'm guessing a big cat.

I'll order up some Tannerite and have it drop shipped before I get there.

Your going to need a longer range however.

Well just just never know what will happen around my house; it seems some little Pontiac motor has made it's way to my attention.

Off the Chemo until my numbers go back up.

Going to collect my cherry picker, the block, tranny, and things tonight.

Just going to put together this little 326 motor for training with my 16 year old son and if I ever get that Blue GTO I can get it all bolted up and rolling while I build my last 400.
