Default Pertronix coil?

I have a question about the pertronix flame thrower II coil that's in my 67 gto.
I have had the dash harness out of my car to do some paint work behind the dash. I am in the process of hooking everything back up and have most of it done. The coil (positive) side has the red wire going to the bottom of the distributor and the black/yellow stripe wire going to the bulkhead connector. The + side also has a white wire that went to the bulkhead connector but I'm assuming that was the resistive wire that is not supposed to be connected for use with the pertronix coil, it was not connected at the bulkhead connector. The coil (negative) side has the black wire going to the bottom of the distributor and a fused brown wire going through the firewall to the inside of the car. My question is where does the brown fused wire go to? Thanks.
