That is a pretty little Tempest. Growing up, my next door neighbor's wife had one just like it (except hers was riddled with parking lot dings and had never seen compound or wax). It was a fun car, though.

This one looks like a pretty straightforward spruce-up, with few parts needed.

Now, is it a $10K car? Seems a bit high to me, but surely $6-$7K, if it runs and drives well.
