Default John Fitch & the 1955 Le Mans

I did not realize that John Fitch was the Co driver of the ill fated #20 Mercedes.
He had some pretty heady company in teammates Moss & Fangio. Wow.
This is an interesting story:

Thumbs up Interesting man to say the least.

That changed his life's direction and he always worked to keep the sport alive and safe.
His innovations can still be seen on some major highways and he stayed active right up to the end.
