Very nice MaryAnn.

Yep, I saved 100% today by staying home. Saved the same this morning at our local flea market.... I didn't buy a thing at all.

BF retail shopping report:

I stopped at Walgreen's yesterday to pick up the prints I order on Thanksgiving. Cost $11.57. Time spent - 3 minutes. The prints were one's my wife wants to send out with our Christmas cards and she wanted them so she can get the cards in the mail by Monday.

Went to Lowes, went to customer service and had them refund the difference between what I paid for the 9' Christmas tree last week and what it was on sale for on Black Friday. Last week it was 10% off, plus my 10% military discount. BF it was 25% off. It took 4 minutes to get $42.23 credited back to my card.

Went to the post office to get Christmas stamps (see #1 above). 2 minutes and $22.00 later I was done with BF shopping.

So I ended up literally saving more than I spent...

Daughters WS6 is done and running but....... keeps wanting to stall out. I think she’s going to get a diagnosis and a Dyno on it soon. New motor in and computer re set, but runs rough.

BURT is starting to come apart, in the lift bay of the shop.

Way cool!!!
My buddy has a 2002 camaro. He and his son had to rebuild the engine. It got hopped up, maybe a little too my,my opinion. His some is s certified GM mechanic (they call themselves "Tech's" these days...
THey have a friend, that can hook up to the engine computer, and change engine parameters. I believe it's a GM authorized deal. Cost $100.00 per session. His engine is way more radical than it was stop, the tune HAD to be performed.
