Radiator overflow tank
I see Ames lists radiator overflow tank for 73 and up Lemans. Did Lemans not use an overflow tank prior to that year?

My 72 didn't have one.
Pretty sure 72 and back had hose straight down connected to nipple on radiator cap inlet. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

Government mandated for '73 on. If you see one a car prior to '73 it most likely was a requirement to run down the track.
