Default Disc Brakes 101 - Guess why I couldn't stop

Well, I bought my 65 gto where previous owner had someone do a 4 wheel disc conversion kit; he spent bucks on high end master, etc. BUT I've always had to stand on them, pedal is very hard and they don't lock up, not even close. I thought I'd checked everything, bled them, pads, calipers, vacuum leaks. Tonight, eureka. I saw that one portion of the hose to the master was collapsed -- the genius that installed brakes used a fuel line!!!!

I'll post a picture soon cause I'm kicking myself for not spotting that sooner, replaced hose with a harder one (not a flimsy fuel hose) and it stops AWESOME.
