The large ones (depressions) are in the chrome, about and inch+ in diameter. They match up with the casting circle on the back side.

He's on the phone with Stacy right now. She said you weren't available.

The casting impression in the lid is on every kit and has been since they came out. We have not had a single customer return the lid. You have to hold it up at just the correct angle to see it. We won't be able to improve that one. I tried to get him to take a couple of pics before he sent everything back but he was pretty short on patience and insisted on sending everything back. So before you send everything back, the options on the lid are refund only. I don't know about the other imperfection but you have to consider that refund is the only option there as well. If we can't improve and you guys want the same parts back, we won't be able to reimburse for shipping. Sending me pics was the way to avoid putting you in that position. lmk

He's not too picture savvy. I did take some pictures and am sending now. The worst part is in the lid as far as depressions go. I'm not sure what will show up in the pics. Give me a minute to download them and will send. What email should I use?

I bought one of these consoles from another vendor although I am sure they are all coming from the same mfg. back in Jan 2010. Been in the car for over a year now and I think it's one of the nicest repop parts to date. I am very happy with mine...
