Default Unidentified cable under the dash.

Does anyone recognize this cable under the dash?
It's from a 1966 Catalina

I think this is your downshift switch connection at the top of the gas pedal. Pretty well matches the colors in my 67 wiring diagram. Found this pic online.

One of the wires give 12v, so it shouldn't a speaker wire.
The car doesn't have power windows and I believe the 1966 Catalina has the kickdown switch on the engine (which is removed on my car).
I believe it's something of the radio but the connection is different.
