As you probably already know it's an Esprit in Formula clothing.

Just needs one of Norwoods' hood latches...

What a rustbucket mess. I've cut up real '70 & 71 Formulas that were in much better shape than that Esprit. Also have a perfect zero tread wear G70-14 Polyglas GT with the big letters. All they're good for is mounting a spare on & putting the big letters down in the trunk.

Our education system at it's finest!

"hello this is a 1971 pontiac firebird with a formula 400 package this car is a project car it do runs and it do move it has no brakes so dont ask me if you can drive it home, this car is a project it has rust...this car was ordered from the factory with a b&m shifter and if your a firebird guy you know this car is special, this car has good year polyglas gt tires that has alot of meat these tires alone used is worth over $2,000 this car is bone stock never tampered.....do to the last buyer that won the auction was a ponzi scammer please no tire kickers...thanks for looking"

Let's break this down.
1.) "hello this is a 1971 pontiac firebird" - only thing correct in the entire add.
2.) "with a formula 400 package" - dude added a hood.
3.) "this car is a project car" - parts car at best.
4.) "it do runs and it do move it has no brakes so dont ask me if you can drive it home" - we've been over this one.
5.) "this car is a project" - Not even one complete sentence yet, and he's already repeating himself.
6.) "it has rust" - no way!
7.) "this car was ordered from the factory with a b&m shifter" - wow, it's a one off.
8.) "and if your a firebird guy you know this car is special" - where I come from the word "special" doesn't necessarily have a good connotation.
9.) "this car has good year polyglas gt tires that has alot of meat" - translation, dry rot hasn't set in yet and they still hold some air.
10.) "these tires alone used is worth over $2,000" - omg, now he's got me thinking I might actually be able to retire off my used tire collection.
11.) "this car is bone stock never tampered" - right off the showroom floor.
12.) "do to the last buyer that won the auction was a ponzi scammer" - damn those 'ponzi scammers'.
13.) "please no tire kickers" - yeah... don't waste his time
14.) "thanks for looking" - no, thank you. You made my day.

It's an auction description. Some call it an ad, but please don't call it an add.

"bone stock never tampered"
Wow, and look at all the rare options he didn't mention...
Wood wheel
Chevy carb with super rare rubber lines.
In dash cassette player
way-super-duper rare faded velour seat upholstery

$1800.00!!!!!!! Really!?!?

There still lives a place in the cyber world for a car salesman, and of course I mean, good ol fashioned car salesman.

I would say the seller is a ghetto trash crack smoker that doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground...... He probably thinks he's a "hustler"... and everybody else is stupid...

Don't know about you guys but I for one and am incredibly excited about all the pristine, un-touched and un-restored project cars that keep popping up. Talk about some great opportunities for some great restoration projects.
