...and I think you're right.
I must be stuck in the 60's (that's an obscure musical reference)

One of these days I'll take some pics of the venue and parking as I drive by it every day.

Did you guys here that the Pontiac Hall of Fame display is going to be at the convention..? This was unveiled at the GTOAA convention last year and I will be bringing it to this year show. We will be announcing the inductees at the banquet on Sunday and presenting very cool awards to them or their families.

If you don't know anything about it, check out our web site. http://pontiacpreservationassociation.org/.

If you want to get in on the voting, click on this link and register... http://pontiacpreservationassociation.org/contact.php

We will be opening up the voting at the end of this month, so check it out.
Last years inductees were as follows: Living : Jim Wangers, Arnie Beswick, Bill Collins Jr., Herb Adams, and Russ Gee. In Pontiac Heaven: John DeLorean, Bunkie Knudsen, Pete Estes, John Sawruk, & Mac" McKeller.

Any questions, let me know. Thanks... Gp Mike

We have less than a month before the Pontiac HOF voting ends. You all should have received several e-mails throughout these past months about how to vote. Thank you to all of those who voted. This will mean a lot to the inductees. For those of you who haven't... the magic cutoff date is June 15th. Go to http://pontiacpreservationassociation.org/contact.php and sign up. You will receive an e-mail to vote. In the meantime, check out the nominees and read about their lives and what they meant to Pontiac. http://pontiacpreservationassociation.org/

I will be attending this years show and presenting the awards to the inductees. Check out how the HOF display is being transported...

If I just show up on Saturday, is there some type of show I can participate in, or will I be treated as a spectator forced to find some place to park my car away from the activities ? I have never attended and not sure what to expect. It is close enough to me to attend, however I dont want to drive for a couple of hours to be turned away.

I just voted in the Hall of Fame Poll earlier today, it is very easy to do and only takes a few minutes. Some really touch choices there! All great picks.

The correct date for the Awards Banquet is Saturday, July 20.
Anything referring to the last day of the POCI Convention as July 21 is a typographical error - the last day is actually Saturday. Think about that as you make you reservations and plans.

As things progress, we think this may turn out to be one of the largest POCI conventions ever. Hope to see you all there!

Is this basically a car show? I'd like to stop by, but I'm not sure what to expect.
