Default HEY

I just started my own racing thread and I don't want anybody to follow me !
See how stupid that sounds.

Ok, drag/bracket racers can chime in. We are the majority.

But wait, we still have the first amendment, whats left of it.

My name is RON BEACH SR.

BEACH. Think of an ocean/sand. If you have trouble remembering famous peoples name.

That's MY point !!

Better study up a bit there as you have a few things wrong:

"The First Amendment's constitutional right of free speech, which is applicable to state and local governments under the incorporation doctrine,[1] only prevents government restrictions on speech, not restrictions imposed by private individuals or businesses.

If I ask you to back off, as a private individual, your Right to Free Speech, printed or verbal does not give you the right to continue the discussion. The word is harassment.
There are laws for that too by the way.

Did I ever tell you the story about my neighbor's dog who will eat his own **** when he feels he's not getting enough attention?

BTW I drag race from time to time, without much success.

True. Old Goat Racer (RON BEACH SR) is getting pretty damn old but I think you still have him beat in the age department Tom. Hell, he's even older than my old man and I'll be getting my AARP chit this fall! Sounds like SR's meds need to be re-evaluated or at least he needs to up the pepsi and Mist.

OMG, thanks! a breakthru in understanding; our good dog resorts to eating poop at the dog park when he's done socializing, fetching ball, and running the fence. We figure "it's time to go when he starts eating poop". Now it makes sense.

So, why do i drag race from time to time, without much success?

Because racing without much success feels a bit like eating poop for attention?

All dogs eat poop. Cow poop is my dogs favorite, the worse it smells the more they like it., and then they roll in it for the rest of the summer...if it stinks , they roll in it...with smiles on thier face...

One of my dogs has a strong preference for fresh "kitty cookies" from the cat litter box. The other dog isn't fussy.
Used to have a coon hound/rottweiler mix that would top off his water bowl before drinking.

What any of this has to do with racing or Pontiacs is beyond me, but thanks for the laugh.

The more I've thought about that last statement "without much success" I realized that it went a little too far. Despite not running in the 12's where I want to be and believe the car will/can be, I have gone faster with it than any prior owner - ever - and likely will improve on that with more seat time. An all time best of 13.23 and my most recent back to back 13.36's at 103.67 with crappy 60' times (we won't discuss the reaction times) leaves a lot of room for improvement.

The car has 12's in it, I need to stop making changes and get better at my launch.

when my bud brings over his weenier dog, his first stop is the kitty box.
