Default Japanese WII Ariska rifle parts

I am looking for a handle that attaches to the cleaning rod. It has to be a very thin diameter to fit into the storage tube, 7 mm. I don't know if wood or metal, I am assuming metal from the threads.

If by chance you have one of these rifles, I would appreciate a picture and if possible measurements to have one made or purchase.

Thanks

After some research, it appears there is a cleaning kit with some other attachments. A wire brush etc. and possibly a wooden handle that fits on the threaded end of the cleaning rod.

I will see if I can find a set at a reasonable price.
