1966 Tri-Power with #616 (A.I.R.-Smog)
One year only (1550 produced) and designated for the Tri-Power with Standard Transmission (WV code in 1966).
It's extremely rare to see one of these cars completely intact. Most owners over the early years removed all the plumbing, pump, and brackets for better performance and less maintenance. A.I.R. is "Air Injection Reactor" System. On the 1966 "Billing Card History" it shows Box 61 with a 6 = #616. Note - The three "Flame Arrester Screens".

Is that a standard cooling fan?

Yes - small fan
It's not an Air Condition car.
Air Condition equipped cars used the large fan.
