Default Scoop inserts, GTO?

These inserts are diecast so I am thinking they are factory but they have no numbers on them. Maybe ya'll can tell just by looking?

I think firebirds are a little more pointed in the front

there should be real faint numbers on the back

how about backside pics

Firebird scoops are wider than the gto, those sure look like Firebird.

The original 1968 die cast hood scoops have the part numbers cast into them. Cannot speak for the Firebird or any aftermarket scoop.

If you flip the scoop upside down, and look at the back of the scoop you will see the following markings:

PT 9791143
R H - 1 W Right Hand Scoop

PT 9791144
L H - 1 W Left Hand Scoop

The scoops you have in your pictures do not look correct to me

Check my '68 GTO scoops that were just painted.
