Default Trade In

Flash back to 1968 when I bought a new GTX for $4000. At the time I was trading in a guess what?

1963 Pontiac LeMans convertible, white on white on red. 326 w/ powerglide, would do 80 in first! It was in primo condition. Trade in value? $300 (three hundred dollars) Had to trade it in, I didn't have enough for the down payment on the new car...

That was another one that I let get away...

Then there was the '62 Bonneville that I inherited when my folks passed. Gave it to my brother, who traded it for rent...
