Default '61 Catalina on ebay - formerly owned by Bob Seger

Friend of mine has listed his '61 Catalina for sale on ebay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pontiac-Cata...#ht_810wt_1141

He purchased the car from Detroit rocker Bob Seger; exterior is pretty stock, I would describe the interior as a "mild custom" including special center console and aftermarket air.

Beautiful car and winner of the "Van Seymore" memorial award at the 2010 Widetrackers Dustoff show.

Classy Poncho.
I thought Bob Segar's, "Night Moves" song mentioned a 60 Chevy, not a 61 Pontiac.

It did. But he owned (and refurbished) this car, hence the plate.

Still had cigarette butts in the ash tray when they got it. I told them they should auction them off as "Bob Seger's Ashes"....

(LOL)

This car is sweet! The shop next door to mine, EMS restorations, did some work on this car. Got to meet Bob one day when he came to pick it up. Was driving a green Cobra at the time. Car had Tri-power on it when I first saw it years ago. It was pretty damn straight if I remember correctly.
