Pretty nice car. Looks like they filled the space/crack where the rear quarter meets the roll pan. Wonder what else is mudded over?. Looks like a nice driver though with some nice upgrades.

2 different spoiler caps - RTS emblem - scoop sits too low

Probably a fun car to drive with that TKO.

There is so much wrong with this one (from a "correct" perspective),it will be tough to list everything, but overall not a TERRIBLE car, just not very stock.

very true, it is a car i would not mind having, just have to make a few changes.

1)myself i would put a round port motor back in it just for the wow factor even if the dports in it were ported to run better.

2)would have to do the stripes right

just the first 2 thgs off the top of my head with out relooking at the ad.

Sure sits high in the back. Would have to change that pretty quickly.

change the trim rings and exhaust tips also. since other things have been changed, might go with 16 inch ralley II's without rings with wider tires, and yes drop the ride height.

I like the idea of having a driver like this... but...

From a restoration standpoint... It would be easier to just list what is correct. VIN comes to mind.

Hate to be so negative... but just start with a base bird if this is what you will end up with.

in my short life i have seen 2 that kill me.
1) matching number 1971 4 speed TA that was tubbed during the prostreet rage.

2)a 72 HO 455 GTO that was turned into a race car. true X code car, don't remember if hard top or coupe.
he listed some parts for sale and i went and looked at the parts and saw the 72 goat. begged him to sell me the car and i would find him another one to race. said he had looked for an HO engine and couldn't find one, I said" i have a complete 72HO in my garage".said he had too much in it to move the parts to another car. i stood there as he cut the rust free trunk out for a fuel cell. worst thing was he only wanted high 11's low 12's.

i bought the extra intake and ram air pan off of him and he gave me the posi out of the 12 bolt as he was changing to a spool.
it sold a couple years ago as a race car for around 10,000 but i didn't have enough time to get money together for it before it was gone again.
