Default 744 Cam Vacuum number

I have a 67 WV code HO with a 744 factory cam. My 66 was an original WV tri power car but the motor did not survive my teen age years (story for another time). My question is what amount of manifold vacuum should I be pulling? The car has the tri power on it and when I tested manifold vacuum it was around 10-11 at idle once the vehicle warmed up.

I know these cams were known to pull low idle vacuum, I have adjusted the center carb and that appears the most vacuum I can get.

Thoughts? Oh yeah timing is at 12 degrees BTC

Should I ask this in another part of forum? Is anyone else running a 744 cam? what vacuum do you have at idle?

I ran that cam years ago, but don't recall the vacuum readings.
Probably get more responses in the street section.
