Default Hurst Wheels

Hey everyone. Where can a guy get some Hurst wheels? Looking for 15 or 16's. Hard to find a supplier. Thanks

Hurst wheels were reproduced in 14", not sure if they ever got around to making a 15" size. Call The Parts Place and inquire.

The originals were only produced in 14 X 6" size.

Like b-man said, original Hurst wheels and the repop's by The Parts Place are 14x6 only. Hurst is making some new wheels in many sizes but they do not look like the originals., but are a modern type wheel. Here is the links to both:

PY has a Hurts repo in 14x6. They also have a Hurst style wheel with the Cragar name stamped on the rim, in 15x7" and 8", and 17x7" and 8". On page 153 for both in the PY catalog.

These are the Cragar Eliminator 500 in a polished finish and Hurst center caps (caps sold separately).

I have to have at least 15's because of the disc brakes. Maybe I will hold off on them for now.

Factory 11" disc brakes?

Aftermarket 11" disc brakes?

The 14X6" Hurst wheels will fit with 1969 and later factory 11" single-piston caliper disc brakes. They will also work with the 1967-1968 11" brakes with the use of a 5/16" thick spacer.

Unfortunately most of the aftermarket 11" disc brake kits offered these days won't clear factory or aftermarket 14" wheels that were originally designed to work with disc brakes.

When Parts Place first did the RePo's they did 15" version too.
They thought 15" would be a hot ticket item.
Demand was so low they did not have another batch of 15" made.

You could check with them to see if any left.
Keep an eye on eBay for a used set.
Put a Want To Buy listing here on PY Forum.
