Default Pinion yoke question,

I can source a56 pinion yoke, question is, would I be able to install it on my 55 rear end. same diameter? same spline count? I feel it will be easier to swap a pinion yoke than to find a U-Joint. Thanks.

Yes no problem

I blew up my 56 rear and installed a 55 center section out of a parts car i had,

the 56 yoke went right on.
