U-Haul engine in 25' truck?

Wondering on details with the FORD engine/trans iin the U-Haul F650 25' trucks that pulls (22,000 Lb load)+ the truck weight) on 87 Octane? size, ratings, weight? Internet says is it a Vortex 7.3L or 6.8L V10 with a 6-speed auto.
Turbo? rod/stroke? why no ping under load?

Oh, and what LS is comparable ?
